About Actors of Tomorrow

Actors of Tomorrow is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing quality children's theatre in Cabarrus County. Our Mission is to create and enrich the lives of young people by providing meaningful opportunities to explore the field of Performing Arts. Through participation in quality productions, educational outreach programs, and summer camps, Actors of Tomorrow will enhance the cultural climate for the youth of Cabarrus and surrounding counties.

Originally a program of a Local Community Theatre, with a goal to create more acting opportunities for children on the Main stage, Actors of Tomorrow has been in existence for 4 years and has served over 300 youth and families.  Actors of Tomorrow is now administered by an independent Board and many hard-working volunteers from the community. Actors of Tomorrow is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status, funded primarily through its tuition, ticket sales, and outside contributions.

For countless numbers of children, Actors of Tomorrow is or will be their first exposure to live theatre. It has been a place where young people, Independent readers to High School Seniors, enjoy a safe, nurturing environment and a cooperative learning experience as they work together to mount a production.
